At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the Helios Clinics Kassel as

released practice instructor (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Organization and coordination of learning support for in-house and external trainees
• Independent guidance and supervision of trainees during their practical phases
• Participation in the planning and implementation of practical performance reviews
• Recording, tracking and evaluating the practical instruction provided
• Active participation in the further development of concepts for combining theoretical and practical training in accordance with the requirements of the Nursing Professions Act
• Revising and continuously improving the content and structure of the practical components of the framework training plan

• A 3-year health and nursing training course or geriatric nursing training course
• A qualification as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team
• High level of commitment and motivation
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to actively help shape the training and support the trainees in their professional and personal development
• Willingness for further and advanced training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
