Exempt Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Organisation and coordination of learning support for in-house and external trainees
• Independent guidance and support of trainees during their practical deployment phases
• Participation in the planning and implementation of practical performance reviews
• Recording, tracking and evaluation of the practical instructions carried out
• Active participation in the further development of concepts for combining theoretical and practical training in accordance with the requirements of the Nursing Professions Act
• Revision of the content and structure as well as continuous improvement of the practice-related components of the framework training plan

• A 3-year health and nursing training or geriatric nursing training
• A qualification as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
• Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary team
• High level of commitment and motivation
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to actively shape the training and accompany the trainees in their professional and personal development
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
