• Advice, support and guidance of trainees in nursing care

• Planning, coordination, organization and documentation of the practical training process and ensuring the quality of training
• Regular participation in internal clinic practice supervisor meetings
• Comprehensive support for trainees during their training
• Participation in departmental meetings
• Active participation in the selection process for trainees through a special application procedure
• Highly motivated team of colleagues with lots of experience in different areas

Completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant, healthcare and pediatric nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

Successfully completed further training as a practical guide

Empathy and assertiveness, judgment and ability to deal with conflict

You see yourself as part of a team

You are enthusiastic and contribute your ideas for the further development of practical training

Creativity, initiative, ideas and suggestions

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
