Architect SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) (m/f/d)

As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA transformation team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the architecture and solutions in SAP ILM.

Your assignments

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP ILM solutions

• Develop and enforce data archiving, retention, and compliance policies in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements

• Perform data lifecycle analysis and implement strategies for data archiving, retention and destruction

• Conduct regular system audits and monitor performance to ensure data integrity, security and compliance

• Support SAP upgrades and patch implementations ensuring ILM components are properly integrated and tested

• Responsible for documenting SAP ILM processes, configuration, and procedures

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to internal and external partners in driving ILM discussions and implementation

• Establish strong guidelines and processes and make sure all parties are adhering to the established processes and guidelines

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), preferably in the life sciences industry

• At least 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environment with participation in one full lifecycle implementation, preferably large greenfield S/4 transformation

• Strong background in SAP and Open Text ILM with focus on data integrity, security and compliance throughout the data lifecycle; SAP ILM and Open text certification is highly preferred

• Expert level understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management (eg. GDPR, SOX etc.)

• Experience with ILM technical configuration and extraction methods, LEW and CDE

• Proficiency with SAP modules (ECC / S/4HANA) and Open Text integration

• Experience in managing geographical teams and complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams and teams as well as in internal/external supplier management

• Self-starter and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work in innovative projects and be up to date on the technology trends / SAP road map through continuous learning
