We are looking for a full-time (39h/week) Facility Manager (m/f/d) for the Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow site at the earliest possible date.
Property management as well as management and guidance of approx. 40 employees
Control of work processes in compliance with legal regulations and our operational specifications in maintenance cleaning
Continuous implementation of quality controls
Documentation of all wage-relevant data for the preparation of payroll accounting
Procurement of materials
Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Experience in managing employees and dealing with customers
Good knowledge of MS Office
A high level of commitment, assertiveness and good communication skills are among your absolute strengths
A structured, independent and very service-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
