For our Helios Clinic in Hünfeld, we are looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You will actively support the clinic management in the implementation of operational and strategic projects
• You will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating cross-departmental processes to improve clinic processes
• You prepare meaningful analyses, decision bases and recommendations for action for the management
• You act as an interface between management, specialist departments and external partners and promote the smooth flow of information
• You actively contribute your ideas and work in a committed team on the future-oriented development of Helios Klinik Hünfeld

• You have successfully completed a degree in healthcare management, business administration or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have commercial training with several years of experience in the healthcare sector
• You are proficient and efficient in the common MS Office applications
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and commitment
• You are empathetic and solution-oriented in interdisciplinary exchanges with various professional groups
• You are flexible, able to work in a team and have a strong commercial mindset and approach, as well as a cross-departmental organizational understanding
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
