Professional qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in healthcare management, business administration or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have commercial training with several years of experience in the healthcare sector.

IT skills: You are proficient and efficient in the common MS Office applications.

Communication and organizational skills: You are characterized by excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and commitment.

Social skills: You are empathetic and solution-oriented in interdisciplinary exchanges with various professional groups.

Flexibility and team spirit: You are flexible, able to work in a team and have a strong commercial mindset and approach. You also have a cross-departmental organizational understanding.

Legal requirements: You can provide the legally required proof of immunization against measles.

Collegial working environment: Experience a working atmosphere in which cooperation and team spirit are very important.
