For our Chest Pain Unit at Herzzentrum Leipzig, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse (m/f/d) in the role of Ward Manager

• You will lead the nursing team in the Chest Pain Unit

• You coordinate the deployment of staff and support your nursing team in the development of professional and social skills
• You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility
• You ensure the implementation of corporate and clinical objectives (e.g. Group transparency regulations, HELIOS management code, checklists, internal reviews) in your area of responsibility
• You promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team in an appreciative and respectful manner
• You actively contribute to the further development and implementation of care-specific topics with reference to legal requirements and national expert standards

You are a trained healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility

Ideally, you have completed a management course or a degree in nursing management or are willing to complete the management course or degree program

You have good communication skills, assertiveness and leadership qualities

You have a talent for organization, the ability to deal with conflict and strong social skills and are willing to collaborate across professional groups

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
