Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nursing Specialist - Ward Manager Geriatrics (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Ward management with professional development of the team
• Organization, control and optimization of ward processes
• Staff deployment planning
• Motivation of employees and personnel development
• Ensuring a contemporary, professional and appropriate quality of care
• Developing and implementing new care concepts

• Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit
• A high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility characterize you
• Willingness to work on public holidays and at night
• Social skills and enjoy working with people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
