To strengthen our team, we are looking for aSenior Consultant for Anesthesia (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• As Senior Consultant for our anesthesia department (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the range and further development of our department as a deputy to the Head Physician
• You will be responsible for your medical team and the expansion of interprofessional collaboration
• Organization of processes in patient care and participation in the anesthesiology on-call service
• You will support our junior doctors by guiding and supervising them
• You will be actively involved in the development of treatment concepts and the further development of quality standards
• Prospective further development to Chief Physician (m/f/d)

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in anesthesia and already have in-depth experience and additional training in intensive care and emergency medicine
• Experience in emergency services and in a managerial position in an intensive care unit would be an advantage
• You have a high level of social competence and treat patients and their relatives with respect and empathy
• You enjoy working with other professional groups and colleagues from other specialist areas and the further development and optimization of processes
• As a leader with the courage to innovate and convincing professional and personal qualities, you know how to motivate with a goal-oriented management style and business management thinking and acting are a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of measles
