To support our team in the HR department at the Bonn location, we are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as a parental leave replacement as soon as possible

• Advice, organization and processing of all personnel-related topics in day-to-day operations from joining to leaving (e.g. drawing up employment and change contracts)
• Supervision of a permanent employee base
• Competent and proactive contact person for employees and managers at the hospital for all personnel issues
• Further development of personnel processes and participation in projects such as the introduction of applicant management and/or digital personnel files etc.

• Completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or equivalent commercial training
• Experience in personnel management in various groups of people, if possible in the healthcare sector / social economy Analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to grasp things quickly and work independently
• Understanding of processes
• Strong communication and persuasive skills as well as the ability to deal with conflict
• Proficient in the use of MS Office programs
• Experience in the TVöD/AVR area is desirable
• Experience in the LOGA personnel management system and ASES duty roster system is desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
