Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

To support our HR management team at the Helios Weißeritztal-Kliniken in Freital and Helios Klinikum in Pirna , we are looking for a full-time or part-time HR Officer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Contact person for managers, works council and employees in all personnel matters

• Implementation of all personnel matters from entry to exit and management of digital personnel files
• Monitoring of job plans and participation in staffing procedures, taking into account economic planning
• Digital support of personnel processes using the P&I LOGA3 personnel management system and the ASES duty roster program
• Project work for the further development of the clinic in Pirna and HR work
• Team leader (m/f/d) at the Helios Klinikum Pirna site

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a personnel manager (m/f/d) or comparable training or studies

• Practical experience and relevant knowledge of labor, social security, wage tax, works constitution and collective bargaining law
• Experience in time management and payroll accounting as well as in LOGA and ASES an advantage as well as very good MS Office user skills
• Communication skills, a confident manner and a committed personality with organizational talent, flexibility and willingness to perform
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
