Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

For our central HR department at the Kassel location, we are looking for you as a full-time personnel officer (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• You will be responsible for operational HR work in a defined group of employees and ensure timely contract processing
• Independent, proactive and service-oriented support of the assigned employees and managers
• Active design and permanent optimization of the relevant business processes in the HR department
• You will advise employees and managers on employment law and human resources management issues
• As a key user HR, you will be responsible for the monitoring and optimization of our Time Office roster program, among other things, and maintain close contact with the specialist departments
• Participation in HR projects, e.g. conversion to a new duty roster program
• You will process all information for payroll accounting and maintain the digital personnel files

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or successfully completed relevant vocational training with additional qualifications in the field of human resources
• Relevant work experience, ideally within the health and social care sector or the service sector
• Knowledge of working with collective agreements and the Works Constitution Act as well as cooperation with employee representatives
• Knowledge of P&I LOGA, the duty roster program "TimeOffice" or "ASES" and very good knowledge of MS Office are desirable
• You are in possession of a class B driver's license and are willing to travel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, reliability and a high degree of trustworthiness
• Commitment, independence and resilience
• You think in a situationally adapted, process- and solution-oriented way
