At the Oschersleben OT Neindorf location, we are looking for a full-time or part-time position to strengthen our team in the medical typing service as of 01.02.2026

Secretary / Medical Typist (m/f/d)

• Independent completion of all secretarial tasks
• Writing epicrises, surgical reports, expert opinions and general letters
• Preparing medical records for archiving
• Handling of incoming mail and correspondence

• Successfully completed vocational training as an office clerk, office communication clerk or similar
• Ideally, you have experience in a clinic secretariat or in a medical environment
• Confident command of the German language, medical terminology as well as fast and correct writing according to dictation
• You are familiar with the daily use of common MS Office programs and working with electronic media
• In addition to very good communication skills and a pronounced organizational talent, you are characterized by an authoritative appearance, as well as reliability, commitment, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
