Medical Typist – Central Typing Service (m/f/d)

For our central typing service at the Krefeld location, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time medical typist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Replacement of chief physician secretariats in the event of absence (vacation/illness)
• Scheduling of outpatient and inpatient operations with appropriate calendar management, file preparation and system entry
• Supervision of consultation hours as well as their preparation and follow-up
• Management of treatment records, maintenance of patient files

• Completed nursing training, e.g. as a nurse, nurse, medical assistant (m/f/d)
• You plan appointments reliably and keep track of things even when there is a lot of hustle and bustle
• You can flexibly step in wherever support is needed – for different teams and tasks
• Empathetic interaction with patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• No night shifts (working hours Monday-Friday between 7:30 a.m. and max. 5:00 p.m.)
• An additional non-smoking holiday day and a traditional day (Shrove Monday)
