Ward secretary / ward assistant for the admission area (m/f/d)

• Assumption of administrative tasks
• Documentation assistance
• Admission and discharge management
• Registration of examinations
• Appointment control / organization management
• Coordination and documentation logbook
• Central point of contact for patients, relatives, visitors and employees

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant / MFA, healthcare and nursing assistant or similar qualification (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in inpatient and / or outpatient care
• Secure IT skills (especially in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• You have an organized, independent and team-oriented character
• A high level of service and service orientation as well as a structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
