Ward secretary / ward assistant (m/f/d)

• Acceptance and registration of our patients in the system
• Taking over administrative and organizational activities, such as service recording and the preparation and follow-up of examinations
• You are the first point of contact for patients and relatives
• Taking over the ordering process and regular monitoring of medical consumables
• Document and file management

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant / MFA, health and nursing assistant or similar qualification (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable function with basic medical knowledge
• Secure IT skills (especially in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• You have an organized, independent and team-oriented character
• A high willingness to provide service and a structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
