Sustainability Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

full-time. (Pregnancy replacement for 1 year with option of continued employment in the sustainability team)

You can expect an agile core team with a broad range of tasks that operates at the center of a dynamic, globally positioned healthcare company. In the staff unit, sustainability activities are initiated, planned and coordinated in close cooperation and coordination with the Helios management, the relevant specialist departments and the clinics.

• In a team with the Senior Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the sustainability reports of Helios Germany and Fresenius and managing efficient, complex reporting processes
• In the course of this, you will manage EU-compliant reporting for Helios Germany (in particular CSRD) and in this function you will be the interface to all data-supplying areas of Helios
• You work closely and professionally with our specialist departments to ensure and prepare sustainability information and data for reporting
• Together with the specialist departments and the Senior Reporting Manager, you are responsible for the definition of KPIs as well as the data management process and monitoring
• In the reporting process, you are the competent interface to the ESG teams of Helios Health and Fresenius, with whom you work on an equal footing
• You coordinate and are responsible for all sustainability-related audits in our sustainability area and manage the annual audit process with the auditors
• Based on data analyses, you develop new strategies for our sustainability management in the environmental and social areas together with the Helios specialist departments and the Sustainability department
• You will further develop Helios' internal and external sustainability communication and thus make a significant contribution to the visibility of our activities in this area, for example via social media and other channels.

• You have a degree/master's degree with a focus on sustainability, CSR management or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of sustainability, either in a company, an agency or an auditing firm and have gained significant experience in preparing sustainability reports.
• You are familiar with the EU-compliant ESG reporting obligations of companies and are familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements and frameworks.
• You have an independent, detailed and structured way of working and have the ability and motivation to systematically maintain, analyze and develop sustainability-related data and KPIs for internal and external communication.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a confident manner and enjoy developing concepts and texts for the successful communication of sustainability information.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, have a good command of MS Office applications and are willing to travel occasionally.
