Certified nurse (m/f/d) 30 hours/week

The Anton Proksch Institute is one of the leading addiction clinics in Europe. All forms of addiction are treated and researched here, from alcohol, medication and drug addiction to non-substance-related forms of addiction such as gambling addiction, internet addiction, shopping addiction or work addiction.
In rehabilitation at the Husarentempel (max. 23 clients), we support people with addictions in their (re)integration back into an independent life as part of a long-term stay in a therapeutic community.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Coordination of all psychiatric/somatic concerns of the clients as well as carrying out nursing tasks
• Communicating with the consultant psychiatrist and, if necessary, accompanying specialist visits and documentation
• Coordination of external medical appointments, examinations and prescriptions
• Dispensing medication together with clients
• Coordination and implementation of drug screenings (urine tests)
• Assuming the role of "duty manager" on a daily basis (8:00-20:30) - Sociotherapeutic and organizational contact person for the therapeutic community
• Regular coordination of the course of therapy in the multi-professional team
• Implementation of care planning

YOUR PROFILE:

• Diploma in general health and nursing care
• Experience in psychiatric health and nursing care is an advantage
• Professional competence and good communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and in a therapeutic community
