To strengthen our team at Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow near Berlin, we are looking for you as a Case Manager for Radiology Service Management (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible.

• Appointment organization: Coordination of outpatient and inpatient examinations in radiology
• Patient reception: registration, care and preparation of patients before diagnostic procedures
• Communication & cooperation: Exchange with referring practices and internal specialist departments
• Billing support: Assisting with the preparation of KV, BG, ASV and pre- and post-inpatient billing
• Administrative tasks: Processing of patient records, documentation and occasional substitution in the secretarial area
• Teamwork: Support in the further development of organizational processes in everyday practice

• Training & experience: Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or healthcare and nursing assistant - ideally with experience in radiology or outpatient care
• Cooperation: Interest in interdisciplinary work and willingness to take on tasks independently
• Personality: Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
• IT affinity and expertise
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
