The Knowledge Academy of Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH is responsible for the coordination of seminars of all kinds, both for our own employees and for external parties, which are related to Fresenius Kabi products. Through its work, the department promotes good cooperation between the company and its customers and prepares internal participants for their work.
As part of your assignment, you can expect varied and exciting tasks in seminar management, most of which you will work on independently. This will allow you to gain practical experience, explore possible career paths and fill your student fund at the same time.
Your challenge in detail
You will support our WissensAkademie team in day-to-day business as well as in the preparation and follow-up of events (virtual and face-to-face)
You will also be responsible for handling e-mail communication with internal and external participants
Of course, you will also be actively involved in managing participants on our seminar management platform
You can use your creativity when creating flyers for events
You will also prepare documents and presentations by speakers for documentation and archiving in the Fresenius Learning Center
What's more, you will create and maintain documentation in calendars, overviews, statistics and the SharePoint database
Your expertise is in demand
Currently studying full-time (all fields of study possible)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German
IT affinity and technical understanding
Willingness to perform and a quick grasp of things
Initial user knowledge of a learning management system desirable
Experience in event organization is an advantage
