Test technician (m/f/d) medical technology

Your tasks:

• Carrying out regular safety checks on medical equipment and systems in accordance with the applicable legal regulations
• Planning, preparation and documentation of the tests, taking into account the specific requirements of the Knappschaft clinics
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal guidelines when carrying out the tests
• Fault analysis, diagnosis and, if necessary, repair of medical devices
• Close cooperation with the medical technology staff on site and the hospital departments
• Active participation in the optimization of testing processes and guidelines to continuously improve efficiency and quality

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a medical technician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training with a focus on medical technology
• Several years of professional experience in the field of medical technology, ideally with sound knowledge and experience in carrying out STK, MTK and DGUV-V3 tests
• Confident handling of relevant standards and regulations in the medical technology sector as well as sound knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Independent, structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to travel between the Knappschaft Kliniken Kamen and Knappschaft Kliniken Universitätsklinikum Bochum sites.
