Your tasks:

  • Maintenance of medical devices and laboratory equipment
  • Carrying out maintenance, inspections and safety checks
  • Replacement or installation of spare parts
  • Documentation in the maintenance program for medical equipment
  • You will apply the theoretical content you have learned in practice, reinforcing the learning effect

After your training, you will be able to

  • Program and configure devices
  • Apply measurement, testing and diagnostic procedures and document them professionally
  • Evaluate and document device tests and carry out maintenance and repair work
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the regulations governing active medical devices

  • A good school-leaving certificate, especially in the subjects of mathematics, physics and computer science
  • Interest in an interdisciplinary field such as medical technology in a hospital environment
  • You are enthusiastic about medical application-related technology
