Operations Manager / Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

in the East region

• As part of the management team, you will report directly to the regional management of the Outpatient Care Centers Region East
• You will have commercial responsibility for the MVZ locations and will be in close coordination with the respective practice management and medical directors to ensure smooth operations
• In this context, you will, for example, take care of budgeting, licensing issues and staff succession planning
• You form the interface to central departments, clinic management and the management of other outpatient departments
• You will be responsible for operational management at the locations with regard to performance reporting, optimization of the revenue and cost structure and implementation of cross-location projects
• You will initiate the strategic further development of the locations as well as corporate development projects (acquisition and integration of locations, etc.)

• Many years of experience in the healthcare sector as well as extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of outpatient care
• You are hands-on, strong in implementation and have a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Ideally, you have change management expertise
• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or similar or have completed commercial or medical training with appropriate further training
• You are a strong communicator and can conduct results-oriented negotiations with internal and external partners and service providers
• You are characterized by an independent and autonomous working style, motivated to make a difference, very well organized and willing to travel regularly in your region
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
