We are looking for you as a Documentation Assistant (m/f/d) for our wards in the Clinic for General and Interventional Cardiology and Rhythmology at the Erfurt site.

• Collaboration in the preparation, implementation and coordination of clinical study projects up to publication
• Documentation and data entry for scientific and clinical projects
• Collaboration in the development of new research concepts
• Collaboration in and initiation of projects for internal quality and process optimization (e.g. registry studies, internal statistics)
• Communication with other clinics, other study centers and supervisory authorities

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, other demonstrable experience in the medical field
• Knowledge of the English language, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to work under pressure, motivation and assertiveness as well as team and organizational skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Part-time employment with a weekly working time of 19.25 hours, with flexible working time models on request
