At the earliest possible date, we are looking for the following person for the HR department in Uelzen

Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• You will act as the contact person for our employees
• You will be responsible for the initial creation, maintenance and checking of personnel master data
• You will maintain correspondence with offices, authorities and social insurance providers
• You will handle all personnel-related issues in day-to-day operations from joining to leaving the company
• Providing personnel-related information and developing the basis for management decisions
• Actively participate in the design and optimization of HR processes

• You have a degree, ideally with a focus on HR or labor law or have completed comparable training
• Preferably you have initial/founded professional experience in HR administration, preferably in the healthcare sector
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications and HR software programs, ideally with P&I LoGa
• You have in-depth knowledge of labor, social, collective bargaining and works constitution law
• You are characterized by a committed, friendly and collegial character
• Practical experience in the administration of duty roster and working time recording programs, preferably ATOSS ASES, is desirable
