At Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig we are looking for you as

Healthcare and nursing assistant / nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)

with further training as a practice instructor

with 50% time off for practical instruction and 50% work as a nurse

• You will accompany a fixed group of trainees from the first day of training to the final examination

• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions, the acceptance of performance records and examinations
• You will be responsible for documenting the trainees' learning development
• You will be in close contact with the central practical training supervisor and the nursing school
• You will work on the creation and implementation of new methodological concepts

• You are a trained health & nursing professional (m/f/d) or have comparable training with further training as a practical instructor with at least two years of professional experience

• You have pedagogical skills and are characterized by independent and structured work
• Confident handling of PC-supported documentation & interest in continuous further training
• You are characterized by initiative, organizational talent and conflict management skills as well as a high degree of social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
