Healthcare and nursing assistant / practice instructor (m/f/d)

• Ensuring and further developing the vocational training concept in our clinic in close coordination with the nursing management and the training center

• Coordination and networking of the practical instructors
• Organization of duty roster / vacation / sick leave
• Organization, assumption, implementation and documentation of practical training in accordance with legal requirements
• Participation in selection procedures and assessment processes for trainees
• Good IT skills

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant or geriatric nurse

• You have completed further vocational training in practical guidance
• You have experience in the field of practical guidance and practical training
• You have a high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills
• You have your own ideas and concepts for implementing practical guidance under the changing legal conditions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
