In this position, you will advise the specialist departments of Fresenius SE & Co KGaA on all legal matters of importance to our company. Your work will cover a wide range of legal issues, particularly in the following areas:
Corporate law: you advise on complex issues of stock corporation law and the law governing limited liability companies.
Corporate governance: You play a central and active role in advising on the implementation of corporate governance requirements.
Capital markets law: With your in-depth knowledge of capital markets law, you will ensure compliance with the applicable regulations.
Legal committee support: You provide legal support to various committees and are in close contact with the decision-makers at management level.
Law degree with above-average results (honors degree)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
Ability to communicate legal recommendations clearly and convincingly in business fluent German and English
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial understanding as well as a balanced sense of law
Willingness to take on responsibility
Ability to act in a solution-oriented manner in dynamic environments and to reliably overcome unforeseen challenges
