HR Expert Compensation and Benefits (m/f/d)

full-time based in Berlin or nationwide at one of our clinic locations.

• Develop, implement and manage general compensation and benefits policies as well as recognition and reward systems for the entire company in line with our corporate strategy as well as that of Fresenius and the business objectives, especially in the context of digitalization
• Leading the development, design, alignment and implementation of compensation & benefit concepts, such as toolboxes or a benefits portfolio
• Management of the salary benchmarking process as well as tool and technology maintenance for reporting
• Development of classifications for job evaluation incl. job classifications

• Successfully completed studies
• Several years of professional experience in the area of compensation & benefits; experience in the healthcare industry an advantage
• Very good project management skills
• Sound knowledge of compensation processes, benchmarking and job evaluation methods
• Strategic and proactive thinking to operate successfully in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
