The Senior Manager Finance Transformation (m/f/d) is responsible for the implementation of transformation initiatives in the finance area of the company. The focus of this role is on simplifying structures, harmonizing processes and improving operational performance in line with strategic business objectives. Working closely with finance leadership, relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams, this role ensures the successful implementation of reporting and consolidation projects as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation and supports the further development of future-oriented financial core governance.
Management and coordination of the Reporting & Consolidation sub-project as part of the SAP transformation (SAP S/4HANA, SAC, Group Reporting).
Managing project activities, schedules, resources and deliverables in close coordination with the R2D Stream Lead.
Ensuring the integration of reporting and consolidation requirements into the overall program.
Supporting the Stream Lead in PMO tasks, including progress reporting, risk and action management and preparation of steering and management meetings.
Close collaboration with business departments, IT, external partners and other functional streams (e.g. Finance, Data, Integration).
Monitoring and supporting test and cutover activities in the area of Reporting & Consolidation.
Ensuring compliance with program governance, standards and quality guidelines.
Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and tools in the finance transformation context.
Completed master's or diploma degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
Several years (10+) of professional experience in project management, ideally in transformation or ERP/reporting projects.
Sound knowledge of SAP systems, in particular SAC, BCS and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in working with international and interdisciplinary teams as well as external consulting partners
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
High team and implementation orientation and enjoyment of change processes.
Willingness to develop and take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
