We are looking for you as a Digital Transformation Manager Medical Controlling (m/f/d) for the Eastern Region as soon as possible as part of a full-time or part-time employment

• End-to-end responsibility for the digital transformation roadmap in medical controlling
• Process and interface optimization in the documentation and billing process
• Integration and orchestration of automation processes across HIS, MD management, coding, billing and other processes
• Identification, prioritization and implementation of digital use cases to relieve internal and external stakeholders
• Further development of key figures, reports and control instruments in nationwide medical controlling
• Management of interdisciplinary projects, stakeholder management with medicine, nursing, IT & management

• Completed studies in medical controlling, health economics, data/business analytics as well as several years of experience in the hospital environment, ideally in medical controlling/billing desirable
• Project and change competence: structured, assertive, service- and implementation-oriented; confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of Power BI (DAX/Power Query), SQL and ETL processes, confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital information systems
• You are characterized by a friendly, communicative appearance, have a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
