(Senior) Manager Corporate Communications

As (Senior) Manager Corporate Communications at Fresenius, you will shape and strengthen corporate communications. With strategic, integrated and targeted measures, you will promote trust in Fresenius and position us as a leading healthcare company. Your focus is on creating content that touches people, provides orientation and arouses enthusiasm - both internally and externally, always with clarity and substance.

Your tasks

• Strategic communications consulting for various hierarchy levels

• Development and implementation of integrated communication strategies

• Developing core messages and concepts, particularly for the Medical Office, Research Office, Innovation, Digitalization and AI

• Further development and monitoring of digital communication formats

• Monitoring and analyzing communication activities to ensure effectiveness

• Conception, management and implementation of Group-wide communication projects

• Ensuring that all projects are implemented in a targeted manner, on time and on budget

• Coordinating and responding to media inquiries and planning C-level interviews and press events

• Establishing and maintaining media contacts and working effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

Your profile

• Completed university degree and journalistic traineeship or relevant experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, journalism or communications consulting

• Sound knowledge of strategic corporate communications, especially in the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies and storytelling

• Very good editorial skills and a feel for language for different target groups

• Experience in managing communication projects and dealing with stakeholders

• Confident handling of digital platforms, AI, CMS and analysis tools

• Journalistic writing and excellent research skills

• Strong in conceptual thinking, organization and responsibility

• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and confident demeanor

• Business fluent in English and open to innovative formats and technologies
