We are looking for you to join the Helios Kliniken GmbH head office as Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) as a full-time employee as soon as possible.

• Planning and implementation of major projects across several locations with a medical focus in a highly motivated team
• Independent coordination of project milestones, interfaces and dependencies in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
• Regular reporting to the management
• Presenting content with recommendations to the relevant committees
• Regular presence at the various locations to support implementation - presence at head office not regularly required
• Possibility for parts of the activity in the FlexOffice

• Extensive experience in project management, including successful management of major projects, ideally in a management position
• Degree in health sciences, health economics or with an economic focus and knowledge of medical issues or comparable training with a proven focus on project management desirable
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including a confident manner in front of large groups and top management
• Ability to work in a team and cooperative, friendly behavior
• High personal standards for the professional visual presentation of content, especially in PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools and willingness to travel
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
