SAP Data Analyst / BI Project Manager (m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin or at one of our clinic locations

• You will work with different business units to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Design, visualize and standardize analysis results, reports and dashboards to establish consistent, uniform reporting
• Design, develop and implement BI and self-service solutions (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) for data-based management and contribute to overarching automation and digitalization initiatives
• Modeling efficient data flows, developing high-performance queries and interfaces - especially in the SAP BW environment and ensuring the integration of front-end and back-end components
• Integrating data from various SAP and non-SAP sources to provide a comprehensive view of the business
• You will develop metrics for efficient monitoring and assurance of processes and data quality

• Successfully completed studies in business, data science, business informatics or a comparable qualification - supplemented by 3-5 years of professional experience
• Strong affinity for numbers and data as well as sound knowledge of reporting and BI processes
• Strong communication skills, initiative and a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality in operational and conceptual implementation
• Very good knowledge of modern business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP SAC), ideally supplemented by experience with SAP BW
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and basic BI architectures for efficient data preparation and use
• Ability to link technical requirements with business objectives and translate them into meaningful solutions
