Apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry

Vocational school: Altmünster or Obertrum

TASKS

• Hotel & restaurant specialist: front & back office, service, wine knowledge, merchandise management, bookkeeping
• Restaurant specialist: service, mise en place, stock management, banqueting, oenology
• Cook: kitchen, merchandise knowledge, training in three different kitchens
• Catering specialist: service, kitchen, mise en place, wine knowledge, stock management
• Hotel & catering assistant: front & back office, reservations, housekeeping, merchandise management, accounting, service
• Hotel clerk: front & back office, reservations, guest care and advice, accounting, marketing

REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiasm for the hotel and catering industry
• High motivation and commitment
• Enjoy working with guests
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
