Head of Intensive Care Unit/IMC - Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time or part-time ward manager (m/f/d) for our intensive care and IMC ward (6 beds each) as soon as possible.

• You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team at eye level
• A state-of-the-art intensive care and IMC ward for the interprofessional care of all specialist departments of the clinic
• Team leadership and team development
• Staff deployment planning in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Organization and coordination of the department under professional and economic aspects
• Further development of the quality of care
• Planning and implementing individual personnel development measures
• You will implement the expert standards and the ward's care concept

• Successfully completed training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Successfully completed further training as an intensive care and anesthesia nurse (m/f/d)
• Management experience, preferably with management qualification according to DKG or similar further training
• Willingness to change and courage to break new ground and make decisions
• You have a team-oriented way of working and a willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, commitment, flexibility and resilience
• In addition to a confident, friendly and patient-oriented manner, you are used to working independently and conscientiously
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
