YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You love your job as a nursing (specialist) assistant and know what is required for this job and always comply with the legal requirements.
• Professional teamwork is a matter of course for you.
• You enjoy contributing to quality development and implementation in nursing and care.
• You appreciate the work of social anamnesis and know how to use it in cooperation with the team (psychosocial service and nursing with home economics service).
• Also with a preference for night shifts (after a 3-month training phase)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a nursing assistant/nursing assistant and valid registration in the healthcare professional register
• Love and joy of working with and for elderly people
• Physical and mental resilience
• Willingness to work preferably at night and at weekends, whereby the duty rota is always coordinated and planned in advance
• Protecting the health of our residents, employees and visitors is important to us. Therefore, an existing Covid vaccination or willingness to do so is an advantage
• High social competence and professional appearance
• Independent work in an autonomous area
• Also happy to be a nostrificant or re-entrant
• You bring personal commitment and enjoy working with people, flexibility and look forward to working in a committed, caring team
