We are looking for a Ward Manager for Dermatology and Cardiology (m/f/d) for our clinic in Plauen withimmediate effect .

• Leadership & development: You will lead, advise and develop your employees in a targeted manner.
• Team & cooperation: You will work together with patients, employees and the nursing management on the further development and optimization of your wards.
• Quality of care & standards: You plan, design and provide care in strict compliance with hospital-specific aspects and care standards.
• Duty planning & responsibility: You create duty plans and take responsibility for your team's working hours.
• Communication & interfaces: You act as a liaison contact person between the medical service and other professional groups.

• Qualifications: Successfully completed training in healthcare and nursing.
• Experience: Professional experience in the inpatient area - ideally in dermatology or cardiology.
• Further training: Completed management training or willingness to complete this in the future.
• Management style: Goal-oriented, cooperative and characterized by high social competence.
• Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collegial environment.
