We are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our private clinic, HPS1, in Erfurt, at the earliest possible date.

• Supporting the ward manager to ensure smooth ward operations
• Employee management and employee motivation as well as personnel development
• Ensuring the provision of nursing care
• Co-responsible for the implementation of our corporate goals in the workflow and needs-based staff deployment planning
• Developing ideas for improving and ensuring the efficiency of the ward
• Responsibility for patient-oriented and economical organization of the ward

Training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) with professional experience

Above-average medical and nursing expertise

Friendly and considerate interaction with patients, relatives, employees and superiors

Open-minded towards new developments and findings in the field of work and organization

Sense of responsibility and organizational skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Permanent full-time position in a 3-shift system, with a working week of 38.5 hours
