To strengthen our team in the private clinic at the Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin-Zehlendorf , we are looking for you as

Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

Work in a friendly and motivated multi-professional team

Work independently in a modern environment in close consultation with the ward manager

Empathic support and advice for our patients and their relatives

Active participation in continuous process and quality improvements

Contemporary understanding of interprofessional teamwork and team leadership

Regular case discussions and opportunities for further education and training

Completed 3-year training as a nursing specialist or medical assistant

Identification with the field of activity as well as strong communication and teamwork skills

Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness

Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization

Very good nursing expertise and good PC skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
