Secretary for the Institute of Radiology (m/f/d)

• Coordination, planning and prudent allocation of appointments
• Independent handling and correspondence of administrative, official and health insurance tasks within the Institute of Radiology secretariat
• Processing of requests for findings, coordination and, if necessary, forwarding of other requests
• Participation in further training events
• Billing for Helios Radiology and MVZ Nuclear Medicine
• Study support / billing / contracts

• Completed training as a nurse or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Confident handling of MS Office, good knowledge of medical nomenclature, as well as excellent spelling and PC skills - knowledge and practical experience in EBM and GOÄ billing are desirable
• Interest in number-based tasks as well as an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
• Very good communication skills and reliability
• Commitment, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
