We are looking for you as a secretary (m/f/d) at the Helios Clinic in Bad Saarow near Berlin - full-time (38.5 h) or part-time possible

• Completion of all secretarial tasks
• Writing epicrises and expert opinions as well as general letters
• Coordination and preparation of appointments
• Management of office hours
• Handling of mail and correspondence

• Successfully completed nursing vocational training as an exam. Medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d) or comparable
• Proficiency in the German language and medical terminology
• Experience in the clinic secretariat desirable
• You are familiar with the daily use of common MS Office programs and working with electronic media
• Strong organizational talent, reliability, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
