(Senior) Manager Financial Disclosures Analytics (m/f/d)

Your role

In the position of (Senior) Manager Financial Disclosures & Analytics (m/f/d) you will play a central role in analyzing and interpreting the financial performance indicators of the Fresenius Kabi Group and thus make an important contribution to strategic decisions. Your main tasks include:

• Analysis and reporting: interpreting and commenting on the financial performance of Fresenius Kabi and its business segments.

• Business Partnering: Working closely with business units, regions and key stakeholders of Fresenius SE to drive data-driven decisions.

• Supporting the Kabi CFO: Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports for direct support.

• Innovative analysis tools: Application of modern digital tools such as Power BI and scenario modeling techniques for performance analysis.

• External communication: Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for external reporting.

• Process optimization: Participation in international projects for the further development and optimization of reporting and controlling processes.

Your profile

You are an analytical, solution-oriented person with a keen sense of numbers and systems. You also have the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed Master's degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (modules SEM-BCS, CO/FI, BW).

• Business fluent in German and English.

• Experience with large amounts of data and initial knowledge of Power BI an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with multicultural stakeholders.
