At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as an employee for animal-assisted therapy (m/f/d) for the Carl-Friedrich-Flemming-Klinik of the Helios Kliniken Schwerin, on a temporary basis as a sick leave replacement for approx. 3 months.

• Working in a multi-professional team of therapists
• Treatment of psychotic, traumatized and personality-disordered patients with sports therapy offers
• Patients should experience daily structure, stress and skills training

• Conscientious care, health checks and supervision of the animals

• Responsible preparation of the animals and coordination for use in therapies
• Actively accompany and support the therapist and be a team player

• Completed training as a horse trainer or with a C training license
• High level of observation and communication skills
• Team spirit, openness and a positive charisma in dealing with our patients
• Professional experience in the field of animal-assisted therapy would be an advantage
• High adaptability, physical resilience and communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
