Head of Therapy (m/f/d)

• Together with the medical management, you will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of specialist therapeutic processes in all areas of the clinic.
• You will be responsible for the structural and organisational management of the therapeutic areas (speech therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy), including the coordination of staff deployments, absences and substitution arrangements.
• They design the duty and vacation planning of employees, accompany application procedures and support personnel recruitment and retention.
• You will promote the technical and structural development of the unit, further develop existing processes and provide impetus for quality improvement.
• Together with the medical management, you will participate in the conceptual development of new therapeutic offers and support the implementation of innovative, multi-professional treatment concepts.
• They strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation, ensure transparent communication structures and act as an organisational interface between therapeutic services, medical management, nursing services and other professional groups.

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a speech therapist / physiotherapist / occupational therapist (m/f/d) with many years of professional experience
• You are committed, a team player, have organizational skills and are characterized by a patient-oriented way of working
• You have a high level of expertise in the development and implementation of therapeutic concepts
• You have a friendly, confident appearance, enjoy dealing with people and bring resilience, flexibility and a stable and confident way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic Leisnig, with 160 beds in the departments of anaesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy and palliative medicine, surgery with the departments of visceral surgery, orthopaedics and trauma surgery as well as vascular surgery, internal medicine and sleep medicine centre with the Department of Acute Geriatrics and Early Rehabilitation and a radiology institute and a central emergency outpatient clinic, treats around 5,300 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients every year.

In addition, a medical care centre with orthopaedic, gynaecological and radiological practices has been set up.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig is the emergency doctor location of the rescue association of the former districts of Döbeln, Leipziger Land and the Muldental district and is easily accessible between the metropolises of Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz on the A14 motorway.
