Strengthen our therapy areas at the Helios Clinic Leezen as Site Manager Therapy (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Development and design of a newly created management function with which the clinic is positioning itself for the future - including the introduction of modern therapy concepts as part of the Leezen 2030 project (e.g. robotics-supported therapies and AI-based procedures)
• Overall responsibility for the professional and disciplinary management of the therapeutic departments: Physiotherapy, sports therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, speech therapy and neuropsychology
• Development of a cross-departmental team structure that strengthens interdisciplinary cooperation and promotes innovative treatment approaches
• Representation of the therapy areas on the clinic's board of directors and active support for the implementation of strategic projects
• Quality assurance, performance management and documentation in accordance with the requirements of early neurological rehabilitation (OPS 8-552)
• Control, organization and further development of the therapy units as well as ensuring a smooth, patient-oriented therapy process
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service, nursing, case management and other professional groups

• Basic therapeutic training (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, sports therapy or similar) and several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation
• Leadership skills, organizational skills and a strong communicative personality
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and the further development of therapy concepts
• Knowledge of quality assurance and documentation in the field of early neurological rehabilitation
• A committed, reliable and structured personality who is actively involved in shaping structures and processes
