Join our therapy areas at Helios Klinik Leezen as soon as possible as Site Manager Therapy (m/f/d).

• Establishment and design of a newly created management function with which the clinic is positioning itself in a forward-looking way – including the introduction of modern therapy concepts as part of the Leezen 2030 project (e.g. robot-assisted therapies and AI-based procedures)
• Overall responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the therapeutic departments: physiotherapy, sports therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, speech therapy and neuropsychology
• Development of a cross-functional team structure that strengthens interdisciplinary cooperation and promotes innovative treatment approaches
• Representation of the therapy areas in the hospital board of directors and active support for the implementation of strategic projects
• Quality assurance, performance management and documentation in accordance with the requirements of neurological early rehabilitation (OPS 8-552)
• Control, organization and further development of the therapy units as well as ensuring a smooth, patient-oriented therapy process
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with medical services, nursing, case management and other professional groups

• Basic therapeutic training (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, sports therapy, etc.) as well as several years of professional practice, ideally in the field of neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation
• Leadership skills, organizational skills and a strong communicative personality
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and the further development of therapy concepts
• Knowledge of quality assurance and documentation in the field of neurological early rehabilitation
• A committed, reliable and structured personality who is actively involved in helping to shape structures and processes
