At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the Helios Clinic Warburg as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) in full or part-time.

Support the ward manager in the organization and management of the ward

Shared responsibility for ensuring high quality care

Participation in rostering and personnel development

Implementation of current care and quality standards

Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation

Induction and guidance of new employees and trainees

Taking on management tasks in the absence of the ward manager

Completed training in healthcare and nursing, geriatric nursing or similar

Professional experience in inpatient care, ideally with management experience

Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and assertiveness

Ability to work in a team and high social and communication skills

Interest in continuous further development and quality assurance

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
