Nursing Specialist Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• Independent and professional care and nursing of patients including the preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Accompanying, advising and supervising trainees in generalist nursing training, nursing assistants and employees from adaptation courses with guaranteed time off
• First point of contact for trainees, recognized interns and interns
• Scheduling of initial/interim and final interviews including documentation and preparation of performance assessments
• Close cooperation with the nursing school and the nursing management

• Training as a nurse (m/f/d) and additional qualification as a practice instructor or comparable further training (m/f/d)
• Complete proof of the annual 24-hour vocational training course
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Good IT skills (HIS systems, common Microsoft programs)
• Strong communication skills, patience, empathy and the ability to motivate
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An attractive salary in accordance with our company collective agreement with ver.di plus an allowance for practice management and specialist nursing, home office possible by arrangement
