For the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund we are looking for a

Chief Physician Acute and Emergency Medicine (m/f/d).

Management, coordination and process control of the Central Emergency Department (ZNA) as the central interface of interdisciplinary care

Emergency medical care and care of inpatients and outpatients

Cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist disciplines

Close collaboration with emergency services and doctors in private practice as well as referring physicians and innovative co-design of all work processes and dynamic further development of the department

Participation in the qualified training, further training and supervision of junior doctors, medical students and trainees

Collaboration in projects and working groups, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional groups

You are a specialist in anesthesia or intensive care medicine (m/f/d) with an additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine

You have extensive experience and high professional competence in the field of emergency medicine

You have already gained several years of management experience in previous positions, e.g. as chief physician or senior consultant, and know how to motivate your team with a goal-oriented, cooperative management style

You have disease-specific knowledge and experience in commercial management

You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and have very good communication skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The interdisciplinary central emergency department, emergency care level 3 with 2 shock rooms and an observation ward with 6 monitor stations treats approx. 30,000 patients per year. We are a Cardiac Arrest Center and provide first aid after resuscitation in the region, including extracorporeal cardiovascular support (ECLS) in cooperation with the intensive care unit and the cardiology department.
