Training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)

For an apprenticeship at Helios Klinikum Schwelm, we are looking for several trainees to become nursing assistants (m/f/d) starting August 1, 2025.

• After your training, you will be responsible for carrying out core nursing tasks in a responsible and professional manner

• This includes, for example, assisting with personal hygiene, mobilization and nutrition, but also accompanying patients to examinations in a chair or bed
• You will learn everything you need for this step by step in various practical and theoretical training blocks

• Secondary school certificate (or higher)

• Health suitability for the nursing profession
• Sufficient German language skills
• Ideally, you should have already completed an internship in nursing
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A dual one-year full-time training course in cooperation with the AWO nursing school in Gevelsberg

• Practical training units in the hospital, in outpatient care and in full inpatient care
• Structured practical guidance
• Many development opportunities and fields of activity after training
